Almond Blossom Village, the Liquor Metropolis

"It was drizzling and showering on spring memorial day, men and women are sadly moving along the way. They asked where the sleep inn and tavern with, a cowboy directed with a finger to almond blossom village." A poem Tomb-sweeping by Du Mu, which wins universal praise, becomes a poetic masterpiece through the ages. A little shepherd boy in those days is as if telling about the prosperity of wine shops everywhere in the Almond Blossom Village since one thousand years to common people. The current Home of Poem and Wine is not only one of the birthplaces of Chinese wine and wine culture, but also a special good place for tourism. The Almond Blossom Village is located 15 km in the north of Fenyang downtown alongside the Taiyuan-Fenyang highway, the plant area covers an area of 1.7 million m2, which is the place of origin of Shanxi Fen Wine, one of the eight vintage wines in China, and Bamboo Green, and its history can be traced back to 1500 years ago. The wine culture square is taken as the center in the plant area, including Ancient Well Pavilion, Wine Arts Garden, Almond Woods Garden, Vineyard, Inebriate Fairy House, Jiu Du Avenue, Wine History Museum, a scenery of the winery factory for modern production and the wine-making process for which the traditional craft remains. It is both a modern wine city with wine, poetry, calligraphy, painting and scenery fused together and the largest wine culture tourism base in China.
